Our story

Built on the
watches we own

964Dials started as a collector's address book: a small circle in Dubai trading Nautilus, Royal Oak and Daytona references between themselves, with the papers checked and the prices written down.

That circle became a boutique in 2018. The rules stayed the same. We only list what we have handled ourselves. We say what we know about a watch — service history, polish, dial — and we do not say what we do not. Prices carry a currency and no surprises, and every handover happens in person.

Today the stock runs past five hundred pieces across Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Rolex, Cartier, Vacheron Constantin, Hublot and F.P. Journe, plus a small edit of Hermès bags. If the piece you want is not here, our sourcing desk will find it.

General

Where is the boutique?

964Dials is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Viewings are by appointment so that a specialist and the pieces you want to see are ready when you arrive. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send the location pin and available times.

Are all your watches authenticated?

Yes. Every watch is physically inspected at the boutique before it is listed: movement, case, dial, bracelet, serial numbers and documentation. Each sale comes with a 964Dials certificate of authenticity.

Which brands do you carry?

We specialise in Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet and Rolex, alongside Cartier, Vacheron Constantin, Hublot, F.P. Journe, Bvlgari, Omega, Tudor and Franck Muller. We also stock a small edit of Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags.

Are you an authorised dealer?

No. 964Dials is an independent dealer of new and pre-owned watches. We are not affiliated with any manufacturer; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Buying

How do I buy a watch?

Press "Buy now" on any listing and it opens a WhatsApp chat with the reference pre-filled. We confirm availability, answer questions and arrange a viewing or delivery. Payment is made at the handover.

Can I see a watch before buying?

Yes. Book a private viewing and we will have the piece — and anything similar — ready at the boutique. There is no pressure and no time limit.

What does "Price on request" mean?

Some pieces move quickly or are priced against a fast-changing market, so we quote them individually. Message us with the reference and you will have a price within the hour during business hours.

Is there a warranty?

Every watch carries our 12-month mechanical warranty in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty. Warranty cards and service records are listed on each product page under "Inclusions".

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Listed prices are in AED and exclusive of 5% UAE VAT unless stated. We issue a full tax invoice with every sale.

Selling

How do I sell or consign a watch?

Send the reference, year, condition and photos through the Sell page or on WhatsApp. You receive a same-day written offer. Sell outright for immediate payment, or consign and keep ownership until the piece sells.

How is my watch valued?

Against live Dubai market demand, adjusted for condition, completeness and year. The initial number is based on your details; the final offer is confirmed after inspection at the boutique.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes. Your watch can be valued against any piece in stock and the difference settled either way.

Sourcing

Can you find a reference you do not have in stock?

Yes — that is what the Source page is for. Share the reference, condition, budget and whether you need box and papers. There is no sourcing fee; you pay only if you buy, at a price agreed before we commit.

How long does it take?

First replies within 48 hours. Current-production references usually surface within days; discontinued and limited pieces can take weeks to months.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, cash at the boutique, and card (processing fees apply). International buyers can pay by wire transfer; the watch is released once funds clear.

Do you require a deposit?

Not to view a watch in stock. For sourced pieces we agree the price first and take a deposit only once you confirm you want us to buy it.

Delivery

Do you deliver within the UAE?

Yes — complimentary insured delivery anywhere in the UAE, typically within 24 to 72 hours, or collection from the boutique.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, by insured courier (FedEx or DHL). Shipping is quoted per destination; import duties and taxes are payable by the receiver.
