Listings and prices

Every watch shown is inspected in our boutique before it is listed. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED), exclusive of VAT unless stated, and may change without notice. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not an offer; a sale is agreed only once we confirm availability and price in writing, usually by WhatsApp.

Authenticity and warranty

Each watch we sell is supplied with our certificate of authenticity and a 12-month 964Dials mechanical warranty covering the movement under normal use. The warranty does not cover water damage, accidental damage, cosmetic wear or servicing by third parties.

Selling or consigning a watch to us

Offers we make are based on the information and photographs you provide and are confirmed on physical inspection. Payment is made on handover at our boutique or by bank transfer once the watch has been received and verified.

Delivery

Complimentary insured delivery is offered within the UAE, normally within 24 to 72 hours of cleared payment. International delivery is arranged case by case.

Trade marks

Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille and the other brand names on this site are trade marks of their respective owners. 964Dials is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with or authorised by any of these manufacturers.
