There is no search fee and no deposit to look. When we find the piece you receive one landed price in AED — watch, authentication, import and delivery to Dubai included.
Only once you confirm that price do we buy the watch. If the piece does not pass our inspection on arrival, it goes back and you owe nothing.
How long does sourcing take?
Current-production references usually surface within days. Discontinued and limited pieces can take weeks to months; we give a realistic window before you commit to waiting.
Can I see the watch before paying?
You receive photos and video before we buy. Once the watch arrives in Dubai it is authenticated at the boutique and you inspect it in person before the handover.
Is a sourced watch covered by warranty?
Every sourced piece comes with our certificate of authenticity and a 12-month 964Dials mechanical warranty, in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty.
Can I trade in towards a sourced watch?
Yes. We value your current watch and offset it against the sourced piece.
